The Wine
The hand picked grapes are open fermented with hand plunging and the resulting wine is then matured in French oak barriques for 15 months.

Tasting Notes
The wine is medium red in colour.
The nose shows a complex blend of spice, cedar with stewed fruit. The palate is balanced with a fine subtle finish of acid and tannins.
