The Wine Doonkuna late harvest is made from 100% semillion. The grapes are left on the vine until late into the season. This concentrates the sweetness and flavours the berries. The grapes were havested at 18.8 baume and whole bunch pressed. The ferment was cool and slow to preserve the flavour intensity of the fruit. Tasting Notes The nose of the wine is citrus and honey with hints of dried apricot and green apple. The palate displays lusciousness with a long, clean, lingering finish.
