The Wine
The hand picked fruit was fermented in open vats with 20% whole bunches, and hand plunged 3 times a day, then matured in French oak barriques for 15 months.

Tasting Notes
A medium red wine with purple tinges.
The bouquet shows black cherry, spicy, savoury, cedar and vanillin characters. The palate is soft and savoury with stewed plum and spicy flavours, with a long, fine-grain tannin finish.
