The hand picked grapes were gently pressed and put though a slow, cool ferment.

Tasting Notes
The wine has a pale straw colour with green tinges. The nose shows rose petal, citrus, lime and musk aromas. The palate has delicious citrus/lime characters with a lingering crisp acid finish.
