The Wine
The grapes are hand picked and 30% fermented in fine quality oak and left on lees for 9 months. Approximately 50% goes through malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes
The nose shows peach and melon characters. It has a soft rich buttery palate and soft oak finish.
